Caroline Nanbam Manasseh

I was born into the family of Late Rev. and Mrs Manasseh M. Karo in kantoma, mangu LGA of plateau State. A graduate of urban and regional planning from Niger State Polytechnic zungeru Minna,Niger State. Did my NYSC 2022 in Bauchi State urban development board Bauchi. Currently I'm a volunteer at Child is gold foundation Yelwa tudu Bauchi. A child/ youth/ women organisation. Under this organisation I've attended series of trainings/ workshop/ stakeholder meetings. The organisations vision include empowering women and girls,youth and children through healthcare, education,gender based violence, climate and lots more. I am opportune to represent my organisation at the Bauchi State technical working technical groups against Gender-Based violence at the child protection and women affairs Bauchi. I currently contributes to the study(research) by WOMEN LEADING CHANGE “Evaluating the Effectiveness of Grassroots Advocacy Mechanisms and Political Campaign Models in Promoting Women’s Civic Representation in North-East Nigeria,where I works collaboratively to explore practical strategies that can enhance women’s leadership pathways. The work combines rigorous research with a deep empathy for communities, ensuring that my work is both evidence-based and grounded in lived experiences. My mission is driven by the belief that inclusive governance is essential for building stronger, more equitable societies. I will continue to use my voice, skills, and platform to promote a future where women’s political leadership is visible, valued, and supported at all levels.
