A2WG
Leadership & Governance

A governance structure built for mission, continuity, and accountable delivery.

A2WG operates through three complementary leadership layers: the founding Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees, and Senior Management. Together, they protect the mission while keeping execution disciplined and responsive.

Executive Director Tenure

A 10-year rotating executive leadership model.

The Executive Director position is held for a 10-year tenure. Gloria Kelechi Felix is the current Executive Director and, by May 30, 2026, will have completed three years of that tenure.
